This document is a license agreement between customers and Realinite Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as The Company). When you take advantage of the system, you are considered to agree this contract. You are not allowed to continue your usage without any agreement on the following provisions.

This document covers the system itself, and all the related documents including the online manual(hereinafter referred to as The Related Documents).

The intellectual properties on the system, such as the copyright, including the related documents, are owned by the company.

The licensed rights on customers with the system are as follows.

(1)Take advantage of the system on a PC or a mobile device owned by a customer

When you take advantage of the system, the following activities are restricted.

(1)Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the system

(2)Disturb the usage of the system by the other customers, using huge number of requests to the system

(3)Modify the system

(4)Copy the whole system or the part of the system, and deploy what you acquire

Our quality assurance policy for the system is as follows.

(1)The quality of the system is assured only under the condition that you run the system on hardware and software environment which supports the prerequisite the company announces.

(2)When any defect is found in the system, the company may fix it considering the severity. The company is not obliged to fix any defect.

(3)The company is not obliged to assure any damage during the usage of the system.

(4)The company is not obliged to recover any user data caused by any technical issue during the usage of the system.

The company doesn't take any responsibility on any damage, even incidencially, indirectly or derivatively, caused by the usage of the system or impossibility of the system usage.

The responsibility of the company on this contract is limited to the fee the customer actually payed for the purchase of the system, except in the case of due to the company's intentional or gross negligence.

Customers are supposed to keep confidentiality of any information, which is not publicly known, on the system.

This contract is governed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

The Tokyo Summary Court or Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction in the first instance for any disputes rising out of or in connection with this contract.
